We had a lazy morning in our motel in Stratford. After a hectic 2 weeks of travel, we enjoyed a morning off. We had the play "The Matchmaker|" to see at 2 PM so had a little time between our check out time at the motel that was 11 PM and the play at 2 PM. We went shopping and I got some clothes. After that we had lunch and went to the Stratford Theatre. We were early at the theatre so Dorothy took the time to shop at the Theatre Store that is next to the Stratford Theatre. We got some well known music on 3 DVDs and a black T-shirt for Dorothy the Stratford Theatre on the front of it.
The Matchmaker was a great play that we enjoyed thoroughly. We had seen the musical "Dolly" in New York and now have a better understanding of the story that the musical was based on.
The show ended at about 4.30 PM. We drove home and were back in Windsor by 8 PM. It is nice travelling and seeing new things but there is nothing like a good nights sleep in your own bed. However we miss the cooler temperature that we enjoyed during our travels north of Windsor.
This is the final update on this blog. Dorothy and I hope that you have enjoyed sharing our travels by reading this blog.
